Return Policy

Defective Items:

If your scissors arrive defective, we accept returns for a replacement or refund. You have 10 days after receiving your order to notify us of any problem with your scissors. To arrange the collection of the defective scissors, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange to have the scissors picked up free of cost.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The returning scissor box must include the following to qualify for “same condition”:

1. Original box
2. Tension key
3. Manual for Ohka Scissors
4. Warranty Card

Make sure to send all items within the box with your return. Any missing item listed here will deem your return ineligible. This means you will not be able to return your item if you are missing components of the original packaging.

Refund or Replacement:
